2012 Summer Reading Program -
“DREAM BIG!”
For the 2012 NY State Summer Reading Program theme “DREAM BIG!”, listeners go on a journey of sound and spirit from around the world – Inspired by the magical sounds of Australian didjeridoo, Crystal singing bowls, Native American flutes and drums, Indian Snake Charmer, faerie bells and more, listeners create their own “dream stories” based on ancient cultures and nature. Everyone gets to sing a Native American wolf chant and learns how to build and play an Australian Didjeridoo!

“Thank you for a wonderful and fascinating musical program. I was not only surprised, but also amazed by the different exotic instruments and the beautiful sounds that came from them. The audience shared their enthusiasm for the program with me afterwards… I think what you do and your ability to engage both young children and adults provide an excellent learning experience for everyone.”
